Description
We are the Manufacturer, Operator and Principal Distributor :
- THESS Remote Medical Monitoring Medical Device
- THESS Connected Medical Device for the controlled and adaptive delivery of solid medications.
THESS CORPORATE operates on the French market as a major operator of remote medical monitoring, soon to be covered by French health insurance, in the fields of post-surgical, oncological and nephrological care.
For export markets in North America, THESS CORPORATE distributes the integrated package of its two medical devices, for remote medical monitoring activities requiring precise monitoring and control of compliance and the dose of medication delivered.
Our customers are healthcare establishments, prescribing physicians/telemonitoring operators, medical device distributors and start-ups with a telemonitoring protocol requiring Digital Medical Device software currently undergoing CE and FDA Class IIa certification,
We offer two products:
- A THESS Telemedical Monitoring Medical Device, currently undergoing CE Class IIa certification and soon to be approved by the Agence du Numérique en Santé (French Digital Health Agency); based on a Telemedical Monitoring protocol soon to be approved by the HAS (French National Authority for Health), enabling a phase of the therapeutic pathway to be secured.
By 2025, we will be offering our remote medical monitoring DM in France for the following therapeutic phases:
Nephrology :
_ Monitoring of patients with stage IV or V chronic kidney disease
_ Follow-up of kidney transplant patients who received their transplants more than 3 months ago
_ Follow-up of home dialysis patients on peritoneal dialysis
_ Follow-up of dialysis patients (home hemodialysis, medical dialysis unit or self-care dialysis unit)
Outpatient surgery:
Follow-up of pre- and post-outpatient surgery.
Oncology:
_ Follow-up of oncological medical treatments at risk of complications
_ 3-month post-operative follow-up for breast surgery
- A THESS Medical Device for connected, controlled and adaptive drug delivery, certified DM CE class 1 for remote adherence monitoring and adaptive treatment dispensing.
For example, the use of the THESS Connected and Controlled Drug Delivery Medical Device coupled with the THESS Remote Medical Monitoring Medical Device is particularly indicated for the remote medical monitoring of post-transplant anti-calcineurin treatments.
